Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

  1. Visit our returns portal to initiate your return
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the items you wish to return and the reason
  4. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions via email

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. PayPal refunds are processed within 3 business days. Credit card refunds appear within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure the best selection.
