All orders are shipped using our complimentary Express Delivery service, in partnership with FedEx or UPS. This is our standard of care for every SELVANE client.

We stand behind every shipment. SELVANE provides 100% protection against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event that your order does not arrive in pristine condition, or at all, we will offer a full refund or a complimentary replacement.

Your peace of mind is our priority. To initiate a claim, please contact our Client Services team for an immediate resolution.

Clarity extends to our pricing. SELVANE operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all shipments. The price presented at checkout is final and comprehensive.

We manage all customs formalities and costs, ensuring there are no additional charges or surprises upon delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. For Made-to-Order pieces, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for crafting before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
