We believe in radical transparency and material excellence. This is Tectonic Craft in practice. Our pieces are crafted from globally sourced materials of exceptional quality: 14.5 micron cashmere from Inner Mongolia, baby lambskin from Spain, ultra-fine merino wool from Australia, and premium goose down. Each product page provides detailed information about the specific materials and the artisans who crafted your piece.

Each SELVANE piece comes with specific care instructions tailored to its unique materials. For general guidance:

  • Knitwear (Cashmere, Wool): We recommend professional dry cleaning. Avoid hanging; instead, fold and store flat.
  • Leather & Suede: Entrust your piece to a leather care specialist. Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Ready-to-Wear: Please refer to the care label inside the garment.

The Atelier Knit program is a made-to-order service that allows you to customize the fit of select knitwear pieces, including sleeve and body length. This ensures a truly personalized garment crafted to your exact specifications. Production and delivery time is typically 3-4 weeks total. For other made-to-order items such as leather and outerwear, production takes 1-2 weeks, followed by standard shipping time for delivery.

Care for Life is our commitment to the longevity of your SELVANE pieces. This service includes professional repairs, cleaning guidance, and restoration services. We believe in creating pieces that endure, and our Care for Life program ensures your investment is protected for years to come.

Orders & Payments

To purchase an item from SELVANE's online store, simply select "Add to Cart" on the product page, then click "Checkout" to finalize your purchase. You will be directed to our secure checkout area where you can choose a delivery address and, if different, a billing address.

Yes, you may complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and access exclusive member benefits.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary Fedex Express Shipping with delivery in 3-7 business days. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included in your order total—no surprise fees upon delivery.

In-stock products: Ship within 1-3 business days, then express delivery time of 2-4 business days applies. Made-to-Order (Leather & Outerwear): Production takes 1-2 weeks, then express delivery time applies. Atelier Knit: 3 weeks total (includes production and delivery).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on selvane.co or by visiting our Track My Order page.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and East Asia. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm availability in your region.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer complimentary returns within 30 days from the date you receive your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging. Please note that original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable. We maintain a local return warehouse in the United States for convenient returns.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal or our Returns & Exchanges page. Our support team will follow up with instructions. For customers in the United States, we have a local return warehouse and will provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved. Canadian customers will also receive a prepaid label.

Refund processing time depends on your payment method:

  • PayPal: 3 business days
  • Credit Card: 7 business days

For exchanges, we will arrange reshipment within 3 business days after receiving your return.

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact our Client Services team to arrange an exchange. For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
